I have an old RAID volume I would like to recover. Unfortunately I forgot the settings of the RAID configuration of this volume and I quick formatted one drive of the volume. I didn't write anything on the formatted disk.

These are the drives and the partitions:

Things I already tried:
-I tried to find the configuration settings of the RAID volume with Getway Raid Recovery Software.
With the RAID type setted to RAID0 , RAID5 , RAID6. After analyzing I just get the message Failed...

-NAS Data Recovery (Runtime) when the tools tarts I get the following error message: "Missing signature in partition table (sector 9437184) of drive 'HD129:'(FSIFC:343) 004D8A3C"
This is the log

-RAID Reconstructor (Runtime) I tried to just select some RAID configurations to just get it right by any luck, but this is just gambling.

I think all of this tools just fail because of the one drive that's formatted. Is there any way I can get the previous RAID data back on the drive, exactly the same as before the format?

There are a few free programs you can use but what they do is make an image (which you then have to save to another drive that must be bigger than the total size of the RAID Drives) and you can then reimage that back to the RAID Drives.

There are also a few cheap RAID Recovery programs that i have used that work very well.

Do you know the name of the software?
