Question Quick question about motherboards

I´ve done my little research for the Z370 and Z390 motherboards from 100 to 170€ for I7 8700K.
So my quick question is: which one you got good experience with (wanna OC) and is there a good MB with Z390 with bios update not needed?
Just some quick opinions, thank yo! (got Corsair 16 GB KIT DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 Vengeance RGB PRO Series ready for the new motherboard )

You wont need a bios update for either. Both will OC the 8700k. A solid midrange mobo will be fine for the 8700k. Something like the gigabyte z370 gaming 5 and the ASRock z370 Extreme4 are good options.

You can spend more on the z390, and you may get a few mhz more on the overclock, but nothing that will be noticeable in the real world.
