[SOLVED] quick question regards gaming laptop cooling radiator

Hello guys quick question regards gaming laptop cooling radiator, I'm aware of thermal paste and pads but this one is interesting. On this high end laptop there is capacitor cooling paste?( Consistency of dried up bubble gum) . Any ideas what could it be? Attached 2 links of pictures red is thermal paste purple is thermal pads and the green ones are area of question, also added picture of board. Ideas?

Those are likely cooling pads instead of paste. Need to be replaced by same thickness pads.

Those are used when multiple elements have to be covered by single cooler body because all of them are not exactly same height.
