Hi All-

Can any of you Bay Area guys recommend the fastest route from Sacramento
down to San Jose? Coming down from SLC through Reno and once we hit
Sacramento I'm not sure what the quickest shot would be. I-5 down and then
west? Or stick to I-80?

Thanks!

That is in Omaha Nebraska. I-80 runs through and I-680 runs around
Omaha. I didn't know there was 2, I-680's.

No kidding? Maybe they do duplicate triple digit (bypass) interstates?

Like Alex said, 80 and take the 680 south to San Jose. Straight shot
and as a bonus you can swing by my place on the way. Right off 680 in
San Ramon :)

Are there any other good places for food in the area near the Parkside
Hall?

There's Peggy Sue's, as you mentioned, and also Ravioli's -- great
food, cheap too, but service is extremely sloooooow. Takes over an
hour to go through a line that should have taken 5 minutes (it's quick
takeaway food, they have it already mostly prepared). Last year there
was only one lady there taking orders, and she spent more time talking
to friends on the store's phone than she did doing her job. A real
disappointment. Food's great once it arrives 90 minutes later, though!
