The stock heatsink SHOULD be adequate enough. Most people overclock using it!
You should however be able to reach 2.8GHZ.
In anycase, often an independant heatsink will do better. If you have seen reviews of it and it does well, then yeah, why not get it?

EDIT: Darn, Dan's Data doesn't seem to have it. Heck, I thought he reviewed fans quite often.
