This is the build. Can anyone tell me the quitest but best airflow fans.120mm.I will have 3 installed.2 on front one on rear. What does more rpm do or less rpm do?I know less dbA is less noise. How about CFM?Higher is better? If you have any thoughts on how I should install the fans that would be good too.Like where to install and which will take air and which will blow air.I would really appreciate it.

Solution
■ ■ The r4 case has 140mm fans included - (they're the same fans but the next size up) - the case is made by the same people - Fractal Design. they push more air than 120mm fans but at a lower speed/noise level.in my opinion you won't need to add any fans - there is the option to add 4 more fans if you really feel the need.
It also has a low/medium/high fan speed control built into the top of the case.
The fans plug directly to the PSU not the motherboard - you can then use this controller to swap fan speeds.
Eg low for internet browsing /medium for cpu intensive photo/video editing etc / high for full on gaming.
Even on high the fans are quiet,on low they're silent.

The case will fit any cooler there is - the hyper 212 is a lot...
The Corsair Obsidian series are much better cases.

Pulse Width Modulation - the 12v signal is chopped on and off to give the effect of a lower voltage - to control the fan speed. More efficient that just voltage variation. All CPU fans are PWM. Most newer motherboards can run PWM or voltage controlled fans. PWM fans are 4 pins. So are the fan headers. They are compatible with 3 wire fans.

Well the ones you use has lower dbA than both Noctua fans I've posted. And they're cheaper too.I'll go with them too. Also I have a FX 6300 on a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P mobo.Which aftermarket cpu cooler would you recommend for really low noise and heat.I don't plan to overlock but I still want it to have lower noise and heat than stock cpu cooler.

They're 3 pin mate - they can be modulated using voltage regulation which is better than pwm IMO if your motherboard supports it.
As I own the ud3p I can tell you it does ;-)
You have 2 x 4 pin headers on the board & 1 x 3 pin.
These 3 fans will all plug directly to the board mate.
Front 2 use as intakes (you can set at low speed with the inline switch if you like)
Rear set as exhaust at full speed on switch.
Even on max rpm these fans are very very quiet trust me.
Have a play around with the switches ,see what suits .
You can then vary speeds even more either in bios or with the gigabyte easy tune 6 software that came with your board ( honestly don't think youll need to though)

Coolers - last 2 6300 builds I did I used these cheap zalmans

Was pretty impressed - do the job well - pretty damn quiet - dropped temps by 10c & noise by a huge amount - not silent but very quiet.
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-cpu-cooler-cnps5xperforma

Obviously the big 120mm coolers are better but these are cheap & incredibly easy to fit compared to stuff like the 212 evo or cnps10x coolers.

Did it drop temp and noise compared to stock cooler or something else?By the way can you recommend something better but still small.I've decided to go with 3 FD-FAN-SSR2-120-BK's for case fans.2 in front 1 in rear. Will this pc be really quiet and have good airflow?Or would you recommend NF-F12 iPPC-2000 PWM or NF-F12 PWM for more silence and airflow? If yes which one of the two would you recommend?Cause I can spend a little extra.I've decided on all parts except CPU fan and case fans.

I honestly think the fractal design fans are comparable mate - the noctua are good but stupidly overpriced imo.
theyre quiet at full speed let alone voltage regulated or using the inline low/high speed switch.
the r9 290 will be the noisiest component in your system so your pretty much worryng unnecessarily.

just to throw the cat among the pigeons have you considered changing cases.
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcadefr4bl

this would always be my case of choice for a atx build now personally - I built with one of these a couple of months back - truly magnificent case imo
The fact it comes with 2x140mm silent series fans preset up & a 3 speed fan controller would totally negate the need for any aftermarket fans at all
It is really worth considering - the whole case is also sound damped with heat resistant bitumen internally so is one of the quietest cases around.
this case would budget pretty much the same as the one you have picked + the fans.

regarding cpu coolers - when it comes to tower style ones the zalman IS one of the smallest mate,to go smaller youd have to look at a blower style 110-120mm to get the same performance imo - they tend to be expensive.I recommended the zalman as its easy to fit,& not too obtrusive size wise.
temps wise, I got a 6300 upto a 4.2ghz overclock at 100% load for an hour - the fan noise is around 1/2 of the stock cooler.
At stock speeds, normal gaming use you would barely hear it.

if youd rather go blower style then this is the only one Ive used (Its what I use myself with an overclocked 6300 at 4ghz in my lounge htpc gaming setup) - its decent ,quieter than the zalman without a doubt but will run 5c hotter - a massive improvement over the stock cooler though still & maybe what youre looking for?? its very big diameter wise but only 70mm deep - once again very very easy to fit.

Ok my final decision on the case fans are 3 fractal design fans. You said r9 290 will make the most noise.Really? Will it be really loud?If i paid more for a gtx 970 would it make huge difference if not I will stay with r9 290 if there won't be that much of a noise problem.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/D6rnMp Anything you would change? Will my case do or the one you recommended is worth the more 40 bucks?

That Asus 290 has a good cooler - in 99.99999% of gaming builds the GPU will always be the noisiest component - its unavoidable mate - 90mm GPU fans make more noise than 120/140mm case fans & cpu coolers.its just the way it is.
If you go for the r4 case (& I do really recommend it) its $30 more BUT you will not have to buy any case fans at all.your case + the 3 fans is $74 total ,the r4 is $79.99 & comes with a 140mm front intake fan & a 140mm rear exhaust fan which are good enough without adding any more.
The whole case and fans included is one if the quietest cases around & is top quality, loads of cable management options ,incredibly well made ,4mm thick steel sound damped panels.
I've never used that bitfenix case but I'd be 100% certain the r4 is better.
To put the r4 case in perspective I had a 7870 xt GPU - one of the hottest & noisiest cards amd have ever made (noisier than your 290 by far as it only had a single 90mm fan)
Its been in a haf 912 (unbearable noise) ,a cm p100 (unbearable noise) ,a Silverstone gd06 (it lasted literally 5 minutes in that one as it hit 90c+)
I did a build for a customer with the r4 case, tried the card in that & even under stress testing the difference was incredible - it hit a max of 70c & the fan noise was not quiet but for the first time entirely bearable - that is an achievement with that card believe me.It got sold cheap along with that setup as its the only case I've used that could mage it.I was happy to get rid,the customer was happy to get a good gaming card very cheap.
Make of that what you will but its why I rate the case incredibly highly.

So if I get the R4 I don't need the case fans? The ones that are in will perform better than Fractal ones?Well what about the CPU cooler.I still haven't decided about that.Since this is a big case I'm guessing Hyper Evo will fit.But will it be better than the Zalman you provided? Also My 8GB (2x4) has heatsinks so I need something that will both in mobo and wont affect ram size.

The case will fit any cooler there is - the hyper 212 is a lot better than the zalman yes ,its 120mm so runs cooler & quieter & is the best budget air cooler around.
The gtx 970 is a better card than the 290 but $70-$80 more ,its probably a little quieter than the 290 but still not silent - the 290 you've picked is better value for money though.
The r4 is an overlooked case because its plain - most people want side windows , LED's ,curves & colours.
The R4 is a big black slab of pristinely crafted quietness though & if you don't mind the plain looks its the best sub $150 case there is in my opinion.

This review pretty much sums it up
