So basically, I've noticed that my pc is underperforming a lot recently with games and such running on 1080p when I should get a ton more fps. I've been trying real hard to try to find out what's causing this in my build and I'm frankly not quite sure what is. My current build is:
R5 3600
LPX 16GB 3000mhz
Asus Rog Strix b450-e Gaming
3080 Asus TUF GAMING
Corsair RM650 80+ GOLD
AMD Stockcooler
I noticed the underperformance from various games such as BF5 (barely playable on 1080p with high settings or even with RTX on), Warzone (60-90 fps on 1080p high settings), Minecraft (120 fps on 1080p), and also Leauge of Legends only getting around 230fps.
I've read a couple new threads on reddit where people stated that they had the same issue but when they upgraded to an R5 5600x that they got a fat increase in performance. I really want to invest in that CPU but I can't due to financial struggles.
So I thought well what can I upgrade instead to get an increase? I believe that I should get 3600mhz ram but is it really worth it?
BTW I would love it if someone could help me fix this annoying underperformance because it's making me feel like <Mod Edit> since I spent so much on the computer overtime :/
