r7 1700 problem

playing Osu!, the most redicilous game in sys requirements, and getting fps drops every few sec. cpu on 100% (took me few secs to take the screenshot tho, lightshot was closed.)
any idea ?
r7 1700 (stock)
gtx 1080
2560x1440 144hz
ram 2x8 oc'd to 3000mhz
i guess you might say it's normal, but it's not really normal if i'm getting drops in game and actually feeling it...

Can you take a look at the other processes that are running at the same time in your computer, please?

You can use "Process Explorer" (a Windows task manager replacement) to check all that easily. Google for it and use the Microsoft sponsored link.
