R7 240/GT 730 is OK for 720p Gaming??

I have the following pc:
Intel Pentium G2010 2.80GHz
4GB 1333MHz ddr3 ram
Zotac Nvidia Geforce 210 1GB DDR3
Gigabyte H61M S1 mobo
will a r7 240 1gb ddr5/gt 730 1gb ddr5 be able to play latest games at 720p @ low/medium settings...........if they will then which one is better???
Also i have a local 450w PSU ......will it be enough to handle the following cards.....??

GT730 has the slight edge in performance and power usage of 38w, but both will give you a poor gaming experience.

Will I get 25+ fps in games like Crysis 3 , Battlefield 4, Call Of Duty Ghosts,etc @720p in low/medium settings...??

one more thing.....my psu is a local psu 450w....but it gives just 18A on +12V rail......so will it handle a gt 730...??

insted of r240 go ro sapphire amd r7 with boost there no big price difference but a big performance difference

get the sapphire amd r7 250 1gb gddr5 from flipcart only 100$ price and is futrue proof it may be best for you as you r only looking for a low setting card this is the best one

it has 1000 mhz
only need 400 watt psu not 500 watts
and no xtra power connectors

hello buddy i am a r7 240 user i have r7 240 gddr5 version of this gpu and i playing this game on 1400x900 at mid settings without lag nd middle earth shadow of mordor at same resolution on high as well i usually play on this resolution because of my monitor supports it max and my full specs are
