About 7 months ago I bought a PSU to go along with a futuristic new graphics card. It was an Coolermaster 600w elite series.
I know most will say that's not a good one but I didn't know much and bought it.
Then, 5 months ago decided to order the new graphics card, it was an 750ti by MSI. I put it on my system and realised that I had a problem: the graphics card did not display on the monitor. So I did a research and found many things, incompatible with the motherboard? Incompatible with my CPU? Incompatible BIOS?
I really don't know..So did some actions like clearing CMOS, re seating it, removing drivers.
I decided to return the graphics card back to the shop I bought it (it was an order and came to the place where I live, there's a sea between us so yeah I couldn't do much) and get my money back.
This week a friend told me he has a graphics card which I can try on my system, so I did and it works (I had problems as with the 750ti but managed to solve them).
The graphics card he gave me is an r7 250 by Sapphire.
I did run some tests and I'm pretty happy with it, as he is about to sell it to me for 50€ .
I came across another friend who has an r7 260x and I asked him if I can take it some time and try it on my system, if it works I'm thinking of ordering the exact same one but the 750ti is better at the same price of ~110€ .
What shall I do ? Buy the r7 250 for 50€, take the risk and reorder the 750ti and try to get it work or ask my friend to give me his r7 260x and see if it works so I can order it ?

I think the best to do is try the r7 260x but I really don't know what to do!!

Motherboard: Foxconn 2ABF
Ram: HP one 4gb @1333mhz
Cpu: intel i3 2120 @3300mhz
PSU: Coolermaster 600w elite series

Hello... here is a general performance/price chart for consideration... http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
You MB and CPU should be able to run a GTX750 or better... You need to change a setting in your MB BIO's (save&exit) before installing the new GPU, to get the Display from the new Video card.

If you don't mind buying used? look at used GTX 660's or GTX 760's for even better performance in your price range.

Perfect, then I'll reorder a new GTX 750ti.
Shall I go for windforce edition? And which brand?
Probably not MSI as I got sick of them, they even told me to get support from the shop I had bought the old one while we were talking about their own product...

I don't wanna mess with people who sell used graphics cards, as it may have some deep hidden damage which will come to my eyes later (expectin that I couldn't find anyone who sells em in my place).

Anyways thanks for the help dude!
