The i3 is far better no matter what video card you use.

The 750 TI is faster than the R7 250X. It competes with the R7 260X. However, the i3 4150 is much stronger than the G3240, and also that pentium will bottleneck the 750 ti in the new/upcomming games, where more than 2 cores are used. So, +1 for the I3 Combo.
