I have a r7 265 and a 1050ti. I would like to use the 1050ti as my primary gaming card and the r7 265 as my second monitor card... is that possible? not crossfire (obviously)
thanks in advance
do you think my psu will support adding another gpu?
It's a moot point, because your motherboard won't accept a 2nd card. The board only has a single PCIe X16 slot.
That's actually the wrong mobo, I have the one with the two slots... I installed the gpu and and connected it to the second monitor and the monitor didn't show anything.
Wrong motherboard? Then why did you post that one as part of your build?
Do you have each monitor plugged into the cards and not the iGPU by mistake?
List the board you actually have.

Do you have Windows set up for a 2nd monitor?

Im currently using a second monitor with my 1050ti, when I installed the r7 265, i plugged it into the 2nd monitor and it didn't recognize it, would I need to take the steps above to install it?
