The RX 460 has a significant fps increase in games but i would also recommend the GTX 950 if you are a Nvidia fan but they both are the same in price and performance.

But the newer, cooler running, lower wattage RX-460 is the preferred card of choice.

R7 370 vs RX 460
- Specs wise they're close to equal.
- In real world performance RX 460 will have a slight to significant edge due to better support (etc Vulkan & DX12) on a newer card.
Result: RX 460

RX 460 vs GTX 950
- You won't really see much of a difference between either.
- Take into consideration if you'll be playing more AMD or NVIDIA optimized titles & your experience with either brand.
Result: Draw

Sorry for the necro on the thread but rx 460 != gtx 950.
The gtx 950 usually performs around 5-10% better (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJl6je-BL-o) so depending on prices you should buy the 950

no never..... specialy on Directx12........all rx460-470-480....optimise (max power)on directx12
