Question R7 5800XT Running hot.

so iv recently got the r7 5800XT cpu and iv noticed its running super hot up to 89C even thoe reinstaling the cooler and replacing paste not sure what to do next if to try getting different AIO Thanks.

COOLING > Fractal Design Kelvin S36 360mm Liquid CPU Cooler [ its pretty old but iv had no issue running on other amd cpu i had before and its not being produced anymore so prob time for upgrade ?]

All AIOs eventually peter out to mechanical, biological, or chemical issues, and most are not user-serviceable.
You should be back in business with a new one.
