Question R7 5800XT Running hot.

so iv recently got the r7 5800XT cpu and iv noticed its running super hot up to 89C even thoe reinstaling the cooler and replacing paste not sure what to do next if to try getting different AIO Thanks.

Please list all system specs. What CPU cooler are you using? How old is it?

COOLING > Fractal Design Kelvin S36 360mm Liquid CPU Cooler [ its pretty old but iv had no issue running on other amd cpu i had before and its not being produced anymore so prob time for upgrade ?]

PSU > Seasonic Focus GX 750 750W Modular 80+ Gold PSU/Power Supply
MOTHERBOARD > Asrock B550 Extreme4

also iv just bsod 2 times with error > WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR ;[ so i am thinking it overheats

All AIOs eventually peter out to mechanical, biological, or chemical issues, and most are not user-serviceable.
You should be back in business with a new one.

It's fine, very good cooler, it kept my 5800x and now 7900x just fine.

That cooler comes with Arctic Mx6, one of best pastes, enough for at least 2 applications.
