R9 270 or Hd7750 crossfire

Can i crossfire a10-6800k CPU with R9 270 ? or should i take HD7750 if i want to crossfire ? Super Flower 450w, Golden Green HX, 80Plus Gold PSU.

Since you already have an HD 7750, you could add another for CFX. But if you can afford the 270, then that would be better.
