r9 270x problems HELP!

Hi i want to play my games normal i hope someone can help me!

i got a new game pc 3 weeks ago, but the problem is since the beginning i got problems with my fps drops, on all resolutions! example : if i play high on bf4 i get 60 - 80 fps but sometimes once in the 10 min, i get a drop to 20/30 fps, even on small streets with almost no textures.
and it happens also on low, on low i get 125-140 fps. but then randomly the same thing happens it drops to 20 - 30 fps,
very annoying in a fight,

MOTION blur and Vsync = off.

it happens on all games,

fps was a steady 100 / 125 on water and on land mostly 100 - 80 , and then the drops once in the 10 minutes, to 20 10 and sometimes there were drops to 60

1. Make sure you cpu fan is mounted properly
2. Re-apply the thermal paste
3. Get better fans if you still have high temps

why is my cpu also overheating if i play on low?

I think so. Graphics are done by the CPU (texture quality, resolution, etc). CPU is doing the gaming physics and bots(NPCs)

Its clearly your cpu bottlenecking your gpu. You get low fps every time the cpu reaches 99-100% usage and can't process any new information instantly. BF4 is one of the very first games to use so much hardware resources and so it needs to be fine tuned to be able to do it intelligently. May be update patches or bug fixes is what you need. Or wait for the future games to play graphics that rich in an efficient/smooth manner.

That may be true. But looking at his cpu temps, it's still hotter than it should be.

ECS H61H2-mv
4 gb ram
msi r7 260x
my cpu is also bottlenecking my gpu but my cpu temps are not that high

Yes but that's how msi afterburner displays the CPU temperature
