R9 280x or Gtx 960 4gb?

Hi guys i want to buy the r9 280x, but there arent stock and the price go up all days, so i don`t know if buy the gtx 960 of 4gb or wait to the r9 280x, the gtx 960 is more cheap than the r9 280x, but i don`t know, i have to change my supply power too and the gtx 960 as i heard it has less consume so i don`t know! Wait or go for the gtx 960?

It's probably BEST to wait and get what you really want instead of just buying something you know you might regret later on. Also, the 4GB 960, I heard, was not worth it because of the limited sized bus.

I recommend the 280x over a 960 almost anyday. Why? The 960 4g has a 128 bit memory bus which basically makes the 4gigs useless. The 960 is comparable to a 280/285 but not a 280x.

Get a gtx 960 2GB if your psu doesn't meet the requirement of the r9 280x. The 2GB v-ram not enough @1080p gaming issue is blown way out of proportion, the 960 proves that it could still handle games just fine at that resolution.
