hi a want to ask if the r9 290 will has a price cut when the r 9300 series will be launched on march

There may be a price cut, but this is all opinion. If I were you, I would wait until there release. If the mice are the same price, get the one you want rather than a cheaper one.

I seriously doubt it. The prices have already been severely cut to reduce stock to make way for the incoming new cards. It has been confirmed that 2 of the new cards will be re brands of the 290 and 290x from everything I've read around. If this is the case then you won't see the r9 290 or r9 290x around for much longer.
