Question R9 290x on S12 520W?

So right now I am having HD 7970, i5 3470 (stock),8gb ram, Seasonic S12 520w, SSD 120GB Kingston, 1tb HDD, and 3 case coolers.

So HD 7970 doesn't do what I want anymore so I want a new one.
I've been thinking about GTX 1060, but the 3gb is 130e used, while r9 290x is 75e which is nearly double.

Apart from power and heat differences, which one is better?
I am looking to play games like Fortnite, League of Legends, CS:GO, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Tomb Raider and so on.

P.S R9 290X is Sapphire TriX. And it has 4GB

You're going to need more power from the PSU for the entire system. If you're going to buy a GTX 1060, look at the 6GB version, not the 3GB version. How old is the PSU?

PSU is 1 year old, and 6gb is 150e used.
