Hello, so I recently bought an r9 390 from a friend and bought an EVGA 600w Bronze PSU as well. Is this enough for the GPU? I finished putting together today and it's been running fine but I just noticed the PSU runs hot in games. Cool anywhere else. The gpu is a amd r9 390 by msi. Other components of my build are just a core i7 6700 with stock fan and a case fan. 16 gbs of ddr4. And a 1tb hdd.

It's this. https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16817438014 so yeah b1. Will it break the PSU or system since it is power hungry?:( I just bought it. I got an insanely good deal on the r9 390 for $75 cause my friend was upgrading to gtx 1070 lol.

If the evga is within return period, get the seasonic g 550. If you are tight on cash get the s12 520

Well I got it from a friend, so I don't think return is an option for the PSU. It might be idk but if I wasn't to return it. Would it be fine? Would it break fast or anything? I mean I don't see my system as power hungry except for that gpu.

The b1 isn't worse. But due to max loading, ur gpu may fail which would cause a blank display or in the worst case, a system crash. This isn't recommended and may harm ur gpu.

Hi so would this PSU be a good replacement if I can return?

Or should I go for the 750w one or which other. Again I'm on a tighter budget so can't get PSUs that are too expensive.
