Yeah totally normal, thats very good temps for that card. Anything under 95'c is totally safe.
Doesn't mean it should be considered normal IF the graphics cards reaches temps like that. You want to keep it below 75 degrees. 60-70 is very normal like said.

Well it is totally normal for the reference blower cooler versions to hit 95'c, so AMD consider that safe. Where have you pulled 75'c from?
It was just a reminder for any reader that open this thread and reads your post with ''95 degrees and under is totally safe'' that he doesn't start thinking that an R9 390X Tri-X or whatever non-reference card running above 85+ degrees is normal. That's all it was. Basically, it wasn't intended as a personal reply at all it was just a reminder that such a card shouldn't run above 75 degrees even if up to 95 is safe.
I would find a way to get those temps down, whatever it takes. However this is obviously not something that a lot of people would always do it. But I would do it.
