Radeon 6670 on 220W

I have an Acer Aspire x1800 and it has a 220W psu. Will a Radeon 6670 Low-profile will work on it? Is it safe to have this gpu attached?

PS. Don't have budget for psu upgrade. .

Oh one more thing. Will a 64bit ddr3 will do any good? so that i will not change psu anymore its a bit hassle. I only want to play games like lol and dota2 but can it run on sims3?

Great! Thanks for the help. I will buy a 64bit gddr3 and use it temporarily just until i save enough money to upgrade.
