Hi all I'm building my 1st pc, and I need some recommendations for the gpu.
I have $160 usd for the card, so far I have these options:

*Diamond HD 7870 2GB GDDR5
http://www.microcenter.com/product/431150/AMD_Radeon_HD_7870_2GB_PCI-E_Video_Card

*Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB GDDR5 Dual-X with Boost and OC
http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Version-PCI-Express-Graphics-11220-00-20G/dp/B00I0D81OG/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1407935721&sr=1-1

*EVAG gtx 750 ti SC gddr5
http://www.microcenter.com/product/429764/NVIDIA_GeForce_GTX_750_Ti_Superclocked_2GB_GDDR5_PCIex16_29_Video_Card?rf=Search+Results+Top+%3E+Feature+2+%3E+Video+Cards+-+Top+2+

Will these cards fit in a MSI H81M-E33 motherboard?

Any suggestions for my build? (I haven't bought them, but I will in a few days)
Should I change a component? (I'm in a small budget btw 550-570)
CPU: i5 4590 ($160)
Mobo: MSI H81M-E33 ($45)
RAM: 8gb hyperX blu ($70)
PSU: evga 500w 80+ ($40)
Storage: 1TB 7200rpm toshiba ($48)

is there going to be any bottleneck? I want to play new gen games at least in med/high on 720-800p with 60fps+

Thanks for all I really appreciate it.

That's a tough call for me. The HD7870 is the strongest of those three cards (a R9 270X would be its equivalent), but it is a Diamond, which is on my personal "Do Not Buy" list. The reasons include past driver / compatibility issues (unique to Diamond, not ATI/AMD), and multiple "incompetence" dings including their web site, tech [non]support, and not even being listed at the time by ATI (now AMD) as a board partner, although supposedly they'd offered ATI cards for years.
Any of those cards should meet your modest requirements, however. If you are contemplating a monitor upgrade though, you'd probably want the HD7870. Is another brand available to you?
I've also not read good things about Toshiba hard drives; in your place I'd...

I've also not read good things about Toshiba hard drives; in your place I'd probably choose a Seagate or WD drive. Although a little more expensive, I tend to buy mostly WD Black drives for myself, because they are (afaik) the only consumer drives to have retained a five year warranty since the Thailand floods a couple years ago.

jummmm... I think I may skip diamond, I prefer something reliable. I searched for other brands on 7870 but all are above 200, but I found a gigabyte r9 270x OC windforce edition for $166.-

So the question is... will an R9 270x fit on a mid tower case, and is 500w enough?
If not... which of these 2 would you go for, sapphire R9 270 or evga 750 ti SC?

Edit: for the storage I'll go for a wd blue, wasnt much $$ difference

I'd take the Gigabyte. Their Windforce coolers work well and are quiet; my HD7970 is a Windforce model.
It should fit in a mid-tower. I can even (barely) get the 3-fan HD7970 into my Define Mini (a microATX case). It fits easily into my Enermax mid tower ATX case.
Oh, and 500W should be enough, if it is a quality unit. Your EVGA PSU should be good.
