Question Radeon installer will not work

After upgrading my build and getting help with clean install I now have another problem my radeon rx 6600 xt is installed correctly the lights and fans work and was used in previous build but does not show under anything. I have tried to download the drivers from amd website but get error 173. The card is used and came with no disc. I have updated the motherboard and using the cpu integrated graphics. There are no drivers on C just the fresh win10 install, what can I do?

Asus prime b250m-c
Corsair vengeance 16gb ddr4

When you reinstall a video card into a system, please take care at the PCIe slot.
Reinsertion should be done at the right angle.
Please check if the card is correctly inserted in the slot.
The second thing you should check after that is the PCIe power cable.
You need to insert that 8 pins cable in your card until you heard that click or you see it is well inserted and in place.
When you made a new build, what PSU you used for the new build?
Cause if the card was functioning properly before, there is a question mark over the PSU itself.

psu is segotep gn650w 80 plus gold.

Well, i am not here to discuss the quality of your PSU.
But i have some doubts regarding the quality of that PSU.

So, in order to eliminate the card from the list, take your card to some friend and test it in another system.
That will eliminate it from the list.
After that we will go further with testing

Hey there,

Whilst it may not be the cause of your issue, I would remove that PSU from the system. It is not a reliable PSU. Even though it's gold rated, there's no doubt the components themselves aren't quality. The fact that it's cheap and has practically no reviews are red flags!

Regarding the GPU, I'd agree with @Imperat0r . Test in another system. Otherwise, it's most likely dead.

Are there any noticeable marks, or anything around the PCB?

the best Segotep i've seen is mid-range quality, the worst potentially dangerous.

i would definitely try this card with a known higher quality model, if you have someone with a better setup available to test in.

you definitely want motherboard drivers and the latest BIOS installed so you know the PCIe and other devices are properly controlled.

couldn't get anything from HDMI off of card was using HDMI on mb.

I don't have any friends that have PC. I was using GPU and PSU in ASRock h610m-hdv
