Radeon R2 Graphics good for games?

First off i know these graphics are less than half of powerful as Intel HD
i know this cant run games at 1080p and at 60FPS but can they run older games like Far Cry 1, CoD4 and CoD WAW at low - medium settings at 640x480 - 1024x768. what do you guys think?

In theory, yes. Not sure how well though.
