Question RADEON5670 showing to display

I have an radeon5670 1GB GPU for about 6-7months, last night I turned on my pc and i had no display idk why, trying to connect with eGPU its working fine, even formatting my system no changes.

Is there any way I can fix a flashy display problem or idk what to say, I tried to reinstall drivers and its still not working , sometimes i dont even get display. HELP PLEASE!!,

PSU 280W, (this gpu worked on my system , im having this trouble for about 3-4days)
