Question Rainbow Six Siege FPS

Hi! So I recently built a new PC, a 3060 ti and i7 9700k. On the first day of me playing on very high textures, I was at a constant 144 frames. Now, I can only seem to reach 90-100 frames. My monitor is enabled to 144 hz. I am not quite sure as to why this has happened. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
CPU: I7 9700k
GPU: RTX 3060 TI
RAM; 16GB corsair vengeance ram
PSU: Corsair RMx 650
Motherboard: MSI z390-a pro
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U12s

How long ago was the first day?

Could be a variety of things. Latest Nvidia driver issues, Geforce Experience settings, Win10 updates, 3rd party utilities (ai suits, monitoring tools, virus scanners etc). Could be temp related slowing things down.

So the first day was December 19th, but on the second day I noticed that it's fps had dropped, and its been like that ever since.
