Why do you believe the problem is because you are getting banned?

Are you being notified that you are banned?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Any error codes, warnings, or even informational events just before or at the time r6 crashes?

How do you know you were banned? What message/email etc. notified you?

What did that message say?

People/Players get banned because whatever is going on appears as a "cheat" or an attempt to cheat.

I very much doubt that anyone gets banned because of PC crashes or anything else that appears as if a player is leaving a game. Many, many areas have players who frequently lose internet connectivity and/or power.

Common to many games as I understand the gaming world.

I sometimes play online Chess and if I leave a game - I lose. Or if my competitor leaves the game - I win.

Does not matter what really and truly happened forcing either of us from the game. I have experienced being in the process of losing a really good game from time to time only to win because my competitor got knocked out due to power or internet issues. :(

Could be that "X" number of times leaving losing games sets a flag and bans you accordingly.

Very likely that the game keeps some record of such things and flags a player's account accordingly.

Ask Steam.

Get a copy of 'Who Crashed' here. Run it and read the report it gives you.

All it really does is translate crash dump logs into plain english so you can see exactly what is going on in your system. They also have hyperlinks in the report so you can do further research on google to analyze your problem and find fixes.

Let me know what you find out.

im sorry i think i put it correctly the banning is not relevant its just me being frustrated because everytime that my pc crashes and the game ends before i can reconnect i get banned for longer and longer periods of times for example first 30 mins then an hour then 2 then a day etc so thats why i wanna resolve my issue because im ruining the game for my teammates by not being there to help them

Bans or perhaps some technical timeout? Do not know how those rules etc. work but something to consider.

As above: try "Who Crashed" but google the app directly.

Also look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer. Either one or both tools may be capturing some error codes, warnings, or even some informational events just before or at the time of the crashes.

The increasing ban times suggest a pattern of continuing behavior that may not be directly stoppable but can be flagged as on-going cheat attempts. No way to know the truth of the matter from this end.

And Forum rules prohibit assistance with helping to bypass or work around such issues.

Have you contacted Steam and/or Ubi regarding the reasons for the bans?

my crashes didnt show up on who crashed the last crash that showed up was from 4 days ago and i crashed like yesterday, the bans was just an add-on to show that i was frustrated because my game kept crashing etc, reliability history says that windows keeps shutting down unexpectingly and event viewer says the same , The previous system shutdown at 4:44:11 PM on ‎8/‎4/‎2023 was unexpected.

How old is that psu = corsair rm850x ?

Condition: original to build, new, refurbished, used?

History of heavy gaming use - correct?

= = = =

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

Use a bright flashlight to inspect for signs of damage.

Hopefully something has just gotten slightly loose enough to cause intermittent loss of connectivity and the computer crashes.

Reliability History/Event Viewer:

Increasing numbers of errors and varying errors would make the PSU suspect.

the psu is 1 year old i bought it new. ive completely cleaned my pc reseated most things cleaned everything reapplied thermal paste everything looked alright my ram felt a little hot tho and in reliability history i saw 3 crashes from a couple days ago (ive had more since then but they dont show up) 2 of them could possibly be because of the ram

As Ralston18 said give a clean out to your PC , make sure you have latest update for game.
Also not saying it's the problem but if you hit someone on your team with friendly fire they have to hit F6 within 5 sec or so to let server know it was ok if not and you keep doing it to team game will kick you from match.

Even if only 1 year old that PSU may be nearing its' EOL (End of Life) for any number of reasons.

Especially heavy gaming use.

Just as a matter of elimination swap in another known working PSU.

Remember to use only the cables that come with the PSU.

Or if you have a multi-meter and know how to use (or know someone who does) the PSU can be tested to some extent.

https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-manually-test-a-power-supply-with-a-multimeter-2626158

Not a full test because the PSU is not underload. However, any voltages out of tolerance would make the PSU more suspect.
