Hi

I am building a budget office desktop and have chosen the following specifications:

CPU Intel Core i3-10100
MOTHERBOARD MSI H410M PRO-VH mATX
RAM XPG ADATA GAMMIX D30 DDR4 8GB 3200MHz
SSD Western Digital WD SN550 500GB NVMe

Now I am aware that the RAM capacity frequency for i3-10100 is 2666 MHz and for MSI H410M is <3000MHz.

The XPG RAM Stick (3200 Hz) is cheaper than lower rated RAMs and easily available. Without any tinkering in the XMP profile (in case the motherboard allows it), will there be any issues with such a setup? I don't have any problem if the RAM runs at a lower clock speed by default, I only want to know if there will be any issues while running it at all.

Solution
The only times I can remember boards having issues with running Ram at lower speeds are some Dell/HP/etc boards and 90% of even those have no issue with it. You should be fine with the 3200 ram.
