Ram compatibility issue

Guys, these two rams work fine individually, but when i install them together..pc doesn't start due two a ram issue. I tested the mobo sockets and they both work fine.

My first thought is that they are diff, but they both say 2025471 0F1 A00

Do you have more than two RAM slots? If so, make sure you are using the correct ones. Check the manual.
