ram compatibility with motherboard

Hi

I have "ibase mb970 " motherboard and i want to buy for it ram

if i buy ram than 1600mhz like "kingston KHX1866C9D3/4G "
it will work not

I have 2 choice please tell me which one will work with my motherboard

1-kingston HX316C10FB/8
2-kingston KHX1600C9D3B1/4G

Should yes, mobo takes up to 4x8GB DDR3 (non-ECC) 1066/1333/1600
