The highest you can go with a first gen Ryzen is 3200MHz with the latest AGESA BIOS update. If you were on gen 2 or gen 3 for Ryzen you'd have been able to get to DDR4-3600MHz. That being said, if you haven't purchased the rams yet, buy a DDR4-3200MHz ram kit to get the best out of your platform.

Since you didn't place a question mark, nor state the question, are you looking to mix and match both kits of ram or are you looking to buy either one kit?

No, I'm not planning on mixing the kits. I'm just asking which one of the ram kits would be the best. How much of a difference would the 3000 and the 3200 MHz RAM would make? Currently I have a 2800MHz RAM installed but I believe it only runs at 2666MHz.
