Recently my system has been crawling slower and slower. I looked at everything hardware wise and everything looks OK but looking at the speeds my 1866 ripjawX is only maxing 800 with 11-11-11-28 timing. in BIOS its setting the ram to 1600. i set the timing to 9-10-9-28-2n like its listed for but it ran worse. i then set the multi to match 1866 but it wouldnt boot. the ram is supported on the mobo and CPU but i dont understand whats set wrong.

specs are listed in this txt file

i did and it said everything was normal
Did you run all 4 passes? Nothing is flawless, but memtest86 pretty much is. So not your ram sticks.

Also, when you mention your ram speed as 800 showing on a 1600 stick, this is how it should be. Its not an error.
DDR= Double Date Rate so 800 is 1600. But your not the first one to misinterpret that, believe me :)
My 2400 mhz sticks shows as 1200 in cpu-z as another example.

Anyway, back to your actual issue. How old is your win installation?
