I own a rx 570 . I'm buying a ryzrn 5 1600 and a gigabybe b350 gaming 3 mobo. But i'm confused with the ram as the pricing in India is abusive and i dunno if i will gain much from higher frequency. So will the 2400 mhz ram and 3000 mhz ram vary a lot ? Vengence got problem with with ryzen so i'll be buying the g.skill ripjaws V . So with everything in mind should i get the 2400 mhz ( 140 USD) or the 3000 mhz (165 USD ) which one is a better deal keeping in mind about the benefits i'll get ?

ONLY view stuff that is ryzen related. The memory speed actually affects parts of the processor unlike Intel. If you were building an Intel rig I'd say get the cheapest stuff. Ryzen your best bet is to find the cheapest set of memory with Samsung bdie modules (lists can be found on the internet) usually even if they are clocked lower they'll easily do 2933/3000
for gaming, the faster the ram, the better for the fps and the stability of the fps

but if you are on a budget, what can you do? buy ddr4 2400 and later upgrade to ddr4 3200

and the ram is expensive everywhere atm

if the difference is that small, go for 3200, 25 dollars worth of extra speed

if you want to know exactly how good are the improvements on speed with one or the other, there is a couple of youtube videos testing games with slow ram and fast ram that could let you decide easily what to buy

a example o those videos
