I have 6 GB of ram (1 stick is 4Gb and 2nd one is 2GB) installed in my PC with Windows 10 64bit installed and working fine for many time. Yesterday when I checked my PC info and it was only showing 4GB ram installed so I replaced the slots of both rams with each other. When I started my PC it started giving ram beeps so I tried installing one ram stick at a time in both slots and but same beep was coming. but after few time when I installed back both rams my started working normally again. So I want to ask that what could be the cause of this issue? please help

Seems like the 2GB stick of ram said goodbye.

We're going to need a little more information. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Also, you're advised not to mix and match sticks of ram. In stead work with a matched set of sticks or a ram kit to ensure you're working in dual channel mode for your memory(resulting in better performance).
