RAM - Kingston or Avexir?

Hi.
Regarding performance, which RAM would be better between the Avexir Blitz Series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-2400 & Kingston HyperX Savage Red 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-2400

I was gonna go with the Avexir but now I'm not sure :/

Kingston: CAS latency CL9-CL11
Avexir: Programmable CAS Latency: 7,8,9,10,11

I have never used programmable RAM before, so I do not know about those, I usually go for CAS 9 RAM since I believe them to be more stable.

According to Puget Systems, builders of some pretty high end PC's, their support data indicates that the most reliable RAM right now is Kingston/HyperX. I would not worry about "programmable latency", just get the Kingston.
