Hello everyone,

Im currently facing issues on my pc that has an i5-12400F and 32Gb of DDR4 ram which are advertised to run at 3200Mhz,
Currently using an esonic h610 motherboard that supports 3200mhz ram in dual channel mode as per the specifications below:

I tried XMP profile 1 and it set the ram to 2667MT
then I tried XMP profile 2, and it lowered it to 2400MT

How can I make them run at their advertised speeds which is both supported by the ram stick, cpu and the board?

What RAM? Is it on motherboard compatibility list?
they re both kingston furry 3200mh ram sticks and as for the motherboard, it says that it supports 3200mhz ram speeds

Only B*60 and Z*90 allow XMP above CPU memory controller but your cpu supports 3200 as native speed so XMP here is irrelevant to achieve that.

If your ram was indeed 3200, there should have been an XMP profile listed for that speed on the spd page which 2666 is the highest.
