[SOLVED] Ram not running

I have two 8gb ram that run at 2100hz but my task manager shows it running at 1100 hz and I have xmp enabled what am I doing wrong. I enable xmp on my MSI B450m gaming plus.. plz help 🙁

If the correct frequency is displayed on the mb BIOS , there is no problem. Windows Task Manager always shows half the memory frequencies.
