Ram pin burned

My pc is not booting up using this ram. This ram has a burned pin and i think thats the prob causing the bootup. Is there any way to fix this pin ? Or I'm Screwed ? https://imgur.com/a/nqMVL

No other damage is on the ram. As fas for my knowledge i think the pin burned due to ram didnt inserted properly. Sorry for the english
