Question Ram problem

hi, i have a problem with the ram. i had ddr4 8gb 3000mhz ram. i changed the ram and put ddr4 32gb 3600mhz (i saw that it matches the system i have). as soon as i changed it and turned on my pc i went into the motherboard bio and changed the mhz. when i saved the changes and entered the normal menu a windows screen opened and said that there was a problem with the system. i put the old ones back with the old settings but nothing happened. what could be wrong?

What are your full hardware specs?

CPU, motherboard, memory kit (Or kits if all of the memory did not come in one single kit), exact power supply model (Yes, it might matter), etc? (Please provide exact models if possible)
