Hey there, I'm running the Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200mhz on my Tuf gaming x570 plus (wifi) with a Ryzen 3600x.

After updating the BIOS so my CPU would boost to its advertised speeds, my RAM is now running at 2666mhz.

I spoke to a rep from Asus about my MOBO only to learn that these sticks aren't on their list of supported memory. Is that going to be an Issue for me? It was never an issue before I updated.

Edit : I updated to BIOS version 1405

Solution
Should be fine. Using an X-470 based board from ASUS for my Ryzen CPU w/ 3200 RAM. You would want FCLK at 1600 to be 1:1 as well in your case. Your SOC voltage should be set automatically when enabling. Voltage shouldn't be set at levels to be concerned about for 3200.

Have you re-enabled XMP or DOCP as it's being call on ASUS AM4 boards after the UEFI update?
I have not, I’m also not quite sure how to re-enable them
I’m looking through the bios right now and in all honesty I’m a little lost 😅
Edit: found it! It’s giving a notice saying as follows:
Performance is usually best when memory clock:FCLK is 1:1 Synch.
Maximum FCLK stability is around 1800 MHz.
Over-volting SOC May cause instability on gen 4.0 Devices.

am I all good to enable it?
