RAM showing as wrong frquency. Please help.

I just installed 16GB of HyperX Fury 1866. It is showing up in my task manager as 1333. Did I get ripped off or is did I do something wrong? Please help.

Go into the BIOS under DRAM settings and choose the XMP profile.
