Ram size, cpu clock not the same as it's shown in the bios.

Hi......
I overclocked my CPU to 4.8 GHz And when I go to the system properties it shows that its only 3.8 GHz.
I have 8 GB of ram and it says that only 6.23 GB is usable.

Reset the BIOS by removing the battery or shorting the CMOS Jumper, to clear any settings that could be causing the issue.
Make sure to turn off your PC and unplug the power cord.
For added safety press the power button for 20 seconds to discharge power from the motherboard.

Place the RAM module on slot A2 slot and see if the RAM amount is correct. Also try slots B2, A1 and B1.

Install the latest BIOS for your motherboard.

I changed it https://ibb.co/iVNCoo But it was something about the virtual memory, It increased the virtual memory but it did nothing to the physical memory.

Open System Configuration, select the Boot tab and click the Advance options... button.
Click Maximum memory: and make sure the full amount is displayed.
Click OK, Apply, OK and reboot

I just fixed it, I did the same steps but I unchecked the "maximum memory" box and it worked. Thank you for helping me.

I think is a bug with Windows 10, memory gets allocated to phantom hardware.

The cpu is not a problem, its just the windows, I downloaded msi afterburner and it shows that the cpu clock is 4800 mhz.
