[SOLVED] Ram speed vs Ram size (streaming)

Which one is better for streaming?
Ram 24g 2400
or
Ram 16g 3600

I know that 3600 gives better fps in games, but is 16g enough now that the new generation is coming? My specs:
Z370 tuf plus
I7 8700k
1080 gaming x oc

get the faster 16gb.
