Ram sticks not at said Frequency?

Hello!
So i downloaded CPUID and Speccy today and i saw that my RAM is running at 932.8MHz?

i have a 4x4GB setup.
Could anyone explain why i dont have 1866MHz like it says? Even on the BIOs it says the ran is supposed to be 1866 but Speccy and CPUID say otherwise
PLEASE HELP!
Do i need a new sset of sticks?

Its Double Data Rate ram. Actual clock speed of of ddr3 1866 is 933Mhz(give or take a couple mhz). What you are seeing is normal.

DDR = Double data rate 933 x 2 = 1866

Your ram is fine.
