Question RAM Sticks preventing startup of my computer.

Recently bought a new video card (NVidia GTX 1660TI). Tried installing it along with a couple new RAM bars on my H97M Plus motherboard. Started up with the (dreaded) DRAM_LED light continuously red, along with 1quick, 2 long beeps. We couldn't boot up because of this. We tried 3 different types of sticks in pairs of 2 in multiple orientations, and even single slots, and everyone would not work. Looked it up on the manual and troubleshooting said to use the MemOK! switch. So, Tried MemOK! switch with each one to no avail. Wasn't sure if it was due to the video card, but I uninstalled the videocard and put in one ram stick (Second slot from the left) and it worked. But it worked with four 2GB RAM sticks in each slot with the old GTX 1050TI, problems only started with the switch. Sorry if format is wrong, first post to tech forum. Any more specs needed I will provide as necessary. Thank you so much in advanced.

TLDR; Wont start up because RAM bars/video card prevented startup

have you updated your bios? often times newer bios's have improved memory support.
