How much RAM would be recommended for a WIN 7 OS using a 6th gen Intel i7 CPU and an NVIDIA NVS 510 video card where I'm viewing (8) document pages at the same time on my 40" HD monitor and I want the fastest display refresh rate possible?

Any brand name RAM or part number suggestions? 2 Gb or 4 Gb?

Thanks guys!

Solution
Your talking more video card and monitor than system memory, but 8 pages isn't a much, if talking 8 pages from 8 extremely large documents, that might call DRAM into play as you'd want each document read into memory. With basic single space print, you can put about 250 pages of text (4000 characters per page) in a MB (MegaByte)

Would an NVIDIA Quadro or NVS be better suited to quickly display 8 up standard pages and what amount of onboard memory for the video card would increase the display speed of the 8-up documents? Now I have an NVIDIA GTX 770 2 Gb vid card but need to display the pages faster on my 40" HS monitor.

Thank you.

What documents? What exactly do you mean by display pages faster? How fast they scroll? How fast you can change them? How fast they open? What exactly should be "faster"?

8.5" x 11.0" scanned text documents are to be displayed in an "8 up" tiled format on my 40" LED monitor.
I want the pages to open from their file name before my finger comes off the mouse button and close just as fast.
