Question Ram TBG problem

Hello, I just installed a ArmouryCrateInstallTool an RBG software for my motherboard and when I set the layout what I wanted, the ram lights went out and I installed HyperX NGENUITY RBG software for my RAM and it still didn't light up. Do you guys know what's the problem?

Make and model of your motherboard? Make and model of your ram kit? BIOS version for said motherboard? Is your motherboard made by Asus? In retrospect you should have a number of RGB software's installed to avoid each of the app's conflicting with each other.

The motherboard is an ASUS B450 TUF gaming pro.
The RAM is HX430C15PB3A/8

And I don't know about the RBG software's cause I recently got this pc.
