[SOLVED] Ram Unstable at XMP

When setting my ram to its XMP profile, (3200MHZ, 16-18-18-18-36) when under load or i play a game it cuases me a blue screen. i have since had to reduce my speed to 2133 to avoid the blue screen but every now and then chrome tabs just freeze on me and random app crashes occur

I have a ryzen 7 3700x running on a X570 gaming x mother board.

Motherboard running on F11 bios

The ram kit is G.skill trident z neo RGB F4-3200C16D-16GTZN. Samsung b-die

I have checked on manufacturer sites and it is most definitely compatible with my parts so im confused on what the issue is.

Try raising RAM voltage a bit, above what XMP dictates.

XMP indicates 1.35v. Shall i try 1.36v or jump to 1.4v?

Try 1.4v first and if it gets better stability you can try lowering it.
